Tech Triage was created for one simple reason: to help people avoid wasting money on repairs or replacements they don’t need.
Too often, computer problems are met with rushed fixes, vague explanations, or pressure to buy parts that don’t actually solve the issue. We take a different approach: figure out what’s really wrong, explain it clearly, and only fix what makes sense.
That’s what “triage” means
